I am not in a box, I endorse, I’m open in selecting the best to server the purpose.

Truly, the sky is open – and,
The ways of reaching goal are not fixed in a limited scope.
It’s a question of being generic in judgement is a necessity for whatever the application is to serve the purpose of Enterprise or Business need. So, the decision is simply strategic and here, ERP vendor is arbitrary factor to choose. All are not the same in consideration of the business solving potential and gained expertises in incorporating the flow of specific organizational process and business need. The ERP expert, Consultant or any Subject Matter Expert must know, in practice, the pros and cons, power of problem solving capacity, Insightful analytics and reporting capacity could provided by all the present ERP application dominating in the world of Enterprise, Corporates and Business of any volume.

Seriously saying, who is lacking behind whom? Who is not providing ample and state-of-the-art IaaS, PaaS and SaaS in the mostly modern and ever-upgrading and redundant cloud? I hope the information is open to all of you.

The core question is – how much clarity and focus to pin-point we can have while we shall be grasping the business requirements, knowledge of governance, business process analytics and, of course the non-conformance findings in the process of risks and gap analysis part? This is paramount to conduct a through gap analysis of QMS (Quality Management System – ISO/IEC 9001:205, ISMS – ISO/IEC 27001:2022, Business Continuity Management System (BCMS – ISO/IEC 22301:2019 – Security and Resilience and other relevant normative references of International Standards) – to fix the processes in tune with business expectation for getting a desired result from ERP deployment.

In conclusion, a well established governance, implementation of matured business process, openness to the hectic change management phases and cordial attitude of learning help to get a well-tuned and orchestrated ERP for your Business.
Isn’t it?
